Yesterday's personal training session lasted over 90 minutes.
I didn't realize it till it was over...
Felt great doing all kinds of new poses...
Things I definitely could not have done just a month ago,
cuz i just didn't have the core strength.
This morning, not so great...
For the 1st time since I started,
I feel like some exercise we did
caused me structural pain...
spine stuff...
Today my cervical spine (neck) is not happy...
not happy at all.
I'm hoping it's just a wake up thing...
or a slept on the wrong pillow thing...
which is also entirely possible...
Gonna go do some light cardio and see if i can loosen it up.
